History: The picturesque Bushland Drive Racecourse at Taree is situated 340kms from Sydney on the Mid North Coast. The track base is covered with a matting of kikuyu making the track one of the best wet weather tracks in country NSW. The track is 1530m in circumfe rence with a straight length of 350m. The track is level with good runs to all turns. History shows that winners are usually placed at or near the lead on swinging for home.
